About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and professional individual to join our Commercial Department as a Junior Account Manager for the Latin American market. This is a full-time position based in Malta, offering a competitive salary and an excellent working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients within the LatAm region.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions and drive business growth.
Utilize JIRA and other tools to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Requirements
Language Skills: Fluency in English and Portuguese is mandatory; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
Technical Skills: Strong IT skills, with proficiency in the Office suite; experience with JIRA is preferred.
Experience: Prior experience as a Junior Account Manager, particularly in the gambling industry, is desirable.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technology and business teams.
Attributes: Detail-oriented, process-driven, and able to think creatively to provide solutions.
